Contracts Administration

Director of Contracts Administration Lee Bonin has a strong background in both construction and compliance.  At Big J collaboration with our customers, vendors, subcontractors and each other is the Seamless way.


Managing Complex Relationships

In the semiconductor industry, the work is broken down into many small jobs requiring highly complex contractual documentation. Intense schedule pressure means systems and processes must work seamlessly to get project documentation complete and updated timely.

From the initial proposal on through estimating and at every step of the project, Contract Administration makes sure that all work is properly documented so our customers are confident what they are being billed for has in fact been completed. When change orders are necessary, Contracts works closely with Estimating and the Project Manager to insure that costs are contained, expectations realigned and communication is complete and timely. Unlike contractors that do a job and then leave, Big J is always striving to develop and earn a long-term relationship with our clients and to become a trusted partner.
